You bridge the gap between client business users and internal IT developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and ensure Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) remain within the Statement of Work (SOW) scope.
• Collaborate with IT leads to draft detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and track the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Partner with testing leads to formulate test plans, approaches, and detailed test cases.
• Support pre-sales by assessing requirement gaps and working with technical leads to provide high-level estimates.
• Facilitate user training and hand over business knowledge to BAU Support teams.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Solution Architect.
• Experience within a Financial Institution or FI Vendor.
• Proven track record of implementing systems in medium to large-scale projects.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Domain expertise in Digital Banking, Core Banking, Retail/SME Lending, Channels (Mobile/Portal), Accounting/General Ledger, Payments, or UI/UX.
• Ability to lead structured business discussions and drive concise decision-making.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in UI/UX principles.

Preferred Skills

• Regional implementation experience in multi-country settings.
• Understanding of industry trends and recent regulatory requirements.
