Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and support software solutions and system upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through workshops to produce BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documentation.
• Design system solutions, data models, process flows, and system interfaces aligned with IT architecture.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to verify business needs.
• Develop complex database queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support testing and production.
• Provide production support for incident resolution and conduct end-user training on new system improvements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Manhattan WMOS (2010/2018) or ERP systems like SAP, Enterprise E1, or BAAN.
• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio, including stored procedures and trigger development.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) environments, including Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management systems.
• 2-3 years of experience with integration technologies such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM).
• 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools like IBM Cognos or Power BI.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting machine automation systems, including conveyors, applicators, scales, and case sealers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QAD Precision/Trax.
