Description

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams for Distribution, Warehouse, and Logistics functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end users.
• Prepare business and technical documentation including BRD, FRD, and SRS.
• Design functional solutions and create process flows, data models, and system interface documentation.
• Act as the liaison between business users, developers, architects, and vendors.
• Support production, testing, and system improvement initiatives for enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS (2010 / 2018).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle E1, SAP, or BAAN.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with integration technologies such as XML, webMethods, or Fusion Middleware.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Order Management systems.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BAAN.
