Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through analysis, design, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements to ensure scope is clearly defined and signed off by key stakeholders.
• Design intuitive user interfaces by developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Troubleshoot application errors and issues via testing and help desk ticket analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and executives to ensure high-quality product releases and effective testing strategies.
• Work with users and development staff to determine data storage and access requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with UI/UX design tools including Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in requirements analysis, documentation, project estimation, and resource allocation.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies including .NET, ASP.NET, ASP, XML/XSL, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to define project scope and vision.

Preferred Skills

• Portfolio or web links demonstrating UI/UX design work.
