You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and IT business data to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver new dashboards and reports using PowerBI to reduce information delay.
• Develop roadmaps for incident reduction and performance improvement to streamline change management.
• Provide data analysis and feedback during Jira release sprints.
• Partner with global engineering teams to drive standardization and act as a subject matter expert.
• Monitor new initiatives, communicate results to delivery leadership, and flag potential risks.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency with PowerBI.
• Experience with Jira processes.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to drive root cause analysis and mitigation roadmaps.
• Experience presenting technical data to executive leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and prioritization.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL foundations certificate.
• Microsoft PL-300 certification.
• Familiarity with Service Desk operations.
