Responsibilities

• Gather and structure business requirements for formalization.
• Investigate business systems to identify operational improvements.
• Assist with integration testing, acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
• Develop project plans and manage timelines to drive goals.
• Support the creation of training and implementation materials.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.
• Experience in requirement gathering and process formalization.
• Competency in assisting with integration and acceptance testing.
• Ability to manage project plans and timelines.
• Strong understanding of departmental structures, policies, and operations.
• Project management skills.
