Description

You will facilitate requirement gathering and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and document technical requirements.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint sessions.
• Collaborate with product owners to define priorities and groom the backlog.
• Coordinate UAT sessions, manage defects, and execute unit and QA testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in managing backlogs, sprints, and user stories within Azure DevOps.
• Experience performing unit testing and QA testing.
• Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.
• Direct experience working with product owners on priority alignment.
