You will formalize and document processes for building Tableau reports and ETL pipelines while driving process improvements across production and release management workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document processes for Tableau report building and ETL pipelines.
• Assess and improve informal analysis validation processes to enhance data accuracy.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements using Confluence.
• Manage project timelines and track tasks within Jira.
• Collaborate with ETL, data, and reporting teams to drive optimization.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience using Confluence.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and task management.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and needs assessments.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive cross-functional accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and Tableau.
• Understanding of data formats and data origination concepts.
