You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital transformation in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions specifically for Guidewire projects.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories.
• Perform gap analyses and propose solutions leveraging Guidewire out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Liaise between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills

• Direct experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Practical expertise in Agile SCRUM methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in requirements documentation and workflow design.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
