Analyze operational data for a SaaS product to drive informed decision-making through actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate operational data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
• Define and document operational requirements, metrics, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate performance to management.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of operational issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience working within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
