Description

You will drive solution development and project envisioning for card transaction processing systems. You bridge the gap between engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver clear technical and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map the card transaction lifecycle, including issuer and acquirer processing logic.
• Support solution development by defining requirements and contributing to early-stage project design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Create and deliver presentations, point-of-view documents, and ad-hoc analysis materials.
• Apply AI tools and concepts to enhance financial services workflows and solution efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in business analysis or solution design.
• Deep understanding of card transaction lifecycles, covering issuer and acquirer processing.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, presentations, and point-of-view artifacts.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools within financial services or fintech contexts.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams.
• Ability to work on-site at the client office in Gurgaon (Cyber City, Building 5).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
• Familiarity with agile delivery models and stakeholder management in large enterprises.
