You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the banking and financial services sector, focusing on regulatory compliance and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation for engineering teams.
• Coordinate analysis, logic requirements, and validation for implementing new laws or statutes.
• Interpret business needs for technical teams and explain technical constraints to business stakeholders.
• Assist in creating process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, ideally with a mortgage background.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting complex logic and regulatory changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to balance business knowledge (60%) with technical understanding (40%).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product development.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, or rules engine configuration.
