Description

You will manage IT projects and bridge the gap between stakeholders and users through detailed requirements analysis and process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to uncover improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
• Gather requirements and document results through BRDs, FRDs, and use cases.
• Manage project plans, allocate resources, and monitor performance to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and plans to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and use cases.
• Competency in workload management and business problem solving.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience conducting acceptance testing.
