Description

You will coordinate hardware solution deployments across multiple sites by executing staged rollout plans and readiness checklists.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware solution deployments across multiple sites, managing both deployment and back-out procedures.
• Develop comprehensive deployment plans covering hardware requirement collection, procurement, planning, and cutover activities.
• Manage the full scope of System Readiness hardware topics from entry-readiness through to deployment.
• Identify, resolve, and manage deployment risks and issues while conducting post-deployment reviews.
• Establish hardware standards, installation guidelines, and global processes for license and change management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware or software solution deployment management roles.
• Proven experience managing IT project deployments across multiple facilities.
• Extensive project management experience with advanced certification.
• Deep understanding of IT, automation, operations, and quality business processes.
• Strong background in change management and solution deployment strategies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor or University degree in informatics, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Hardware Deployment experience.
• Manufacturing background in Medical Diagnostics.
