Description

You will manage IT system components and initiatives to support users, maintain functionality, and lead the BA team for the Quality Assurance and Administrative Support Unit.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage CWIS functionality and monitor system changes or user-reported issues.
• Coordinate the monthly expunction process to ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Develop user requirements, review project deliverables, and perform user acceptance testing.
• Track project work, timelines, and scope to ensure compliance with identified objectives.
• Investigate and resolve business operational and software issues reported by end users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Outlook.
• Experience working with DHS software applications.
• Ability to manage system defects and change requests.
• Strong capability in risk identification and issue escalation.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain vendor relationships.
