Description

You will manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for complex technical initiatives involving multiple IT areas and vendors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facilitated workshops to perform deep-dive requirements analysis.
• Create detailed workflows and graphic representations of complex business processes using BPMN.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including project initiation, functional, user, and non-functional requirements.
• Define report specifications including attributes, columns, and runtime parameters.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to track requirements through all project stages.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with stakeholders on technical initiatives.
• Proficiency in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
• Ability to develop Quality-of-service (QoS) requirements including scalability and usability.
• Experience performing data analysis and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
• Experience using software design tools.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst certification through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
