Description

You will support a cross-functional project team driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle for features improving the online experience for Connecticut residents and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed requirements analysis and develop use cases.
• Document business processes to support project objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate product functionality.
• Interpret and validate data to understand user needs and project requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in requirements analysis and use case development.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Git repositories.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to solve complex problems.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting digital product lifecycle improvements for public-facing platforms.
