You will drive requirements gathering and process standardization for large-scale technology implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to surface misalignment, uncover dependencies, and resolve conflicting stakeholder needs.
• Synthesize large volumes of data and complex processes into clear, actionable requirements.
• Coordinate across multiple government agencies and large stakeholder groups to facilitate consensus on solutions.
• Evaluate vendor-driven COTS/SaaS platforms by analyzing out-of-the-box functionality against configuration and customization needs.
• Manage the end-to-end public sector grants lifecycle, including application, review, award, monitoring, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of business analysis experience with large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience with public sector grants processes (application, review, award, monitoring, and reporting).
• Proven track record implementing standardized enterprise solutions across disparate systems or organizations.
• Experience implementing or working with COTS/SaaS platforms.
• Ability to balance detailed requirement gathering with broader enterprise strategy and goals.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro.
• Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, public administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with government or non-profit organizations.
• IIBA CBAP or similar business analysis certification.
