You will gather requirements and support AI application development, specifically focusing on LLMs and RAG frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for AI applications.
• Support data preparation, document labeling, and content structuring for model training.
• Analyze LLM and chatbot outputs, validating results against source data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI accuracy and performance.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• General understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, chatbots, and document processing.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs and RAG frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance industry.
