Analyze complex business processes and data within Health and Human Services to drive informed decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HHS program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to recommend efficiency enhancements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to present actionable findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with program managers, IT, and finance teams to provide analytical support.
• Support policy and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to HHS industry standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically within Health and Human Services.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
• Experience presenting findings and influencing upper management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of HHS regulations, policies, and best practices.
