• 7+ years of direct experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working with healthcare clients and domain-specific workflows.
• Strong technical, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with agile development lifecycles.
