Description

Manage provider lifecycle operations and data management within a US healthcare payer environment, owning end-to-end business process mapping and system specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full provider lifecycle from onboarding through servicing.
• Map end-to-end business processes for payer operations.
• Define and document system specifications to guide technical implementation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on provider data management workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
• Deep expertise in the US Healthcare Payer domain.
• Proven experience in Provider Lifecycle Management or Provider Data Management.
• Knowledge of Healthcare IT systems and workflows.
• Experience acting as a Product Owner or holding CSPO certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
