Document requirements and specifications for Health Information Technology and EHR projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future state workflows, data flows, and process flows for EHR implementations.
• Gather, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional system requirements.
• Develop use cases, context diagrams, functional decompositions, and wireframes.
• Coordinate with technical writers and developers to ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria.
• Support project managers with business case development, gap analysis, and procurement documentation.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Health Information Technology and business system analysis.
• Proven expertise in testing methodologies and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and developing business rules and process flows.
• Experience working as a business analyst on Agile Scrum projects.
• Proficiency in business process design and re-design.
• Experience writing procurement documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract amendments.
• Strong ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
