Analyzes business requirements for Claims, Benefits, and Care Management within the healthcare payer domain using Salesforce.

You will act as a Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce within the healthcare payer domain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for Claims, Benefits, and Care Management.
• Write detailed design documents and present them to stakeholders.
• Estimate end-to-end delivery timelines for integration projects.
• Coordinate project tasks within a global delivery environment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with healthcare payers.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Salesforce.
• Domain expertise in Claims, Benefits, or Care Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent progressive experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a management consulting environment.
• Ability to handle regular travel requirements.
• Experience working in a global delivery model.
