Description

You will manage requirements gathering, system interface documentation, and technical support for Siebel CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements to define system interfaces and operational needs.
• Plan and define system requirements using UML methodologies, including Use Case, Activity, Class, Context, Data Flow, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with management and technical teams.
• Review and validate test scripts and prepare User Acceptance Test (UA) plans.
• Provide Siebel technical support to resolve functional and technical CRM issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in Siebel CRM functional and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with UML methodologies and MS Visio for diagramming.
• Working knowledge of SOA, API web services, and SOAP UI.
• Understanding of ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts.
• Experience performing test planning and UAT preparation.
