Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT organization to deliver technical solutions. You will own the translation of high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for process automation and functional improvements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams from initial requirements through final delivery.
• Document business process redesigns to support the adoption of new technologies.
• Evaluate buy versus build options and leverage technological trends to improve business capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Experience translating business needs into technical functional specifications.
• Ability to analyze business strengths and weaknesses to drive automation.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage agreements and commitments between departments.
• Knowledge of IT systems and organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical functional specification documentation.
• Background in process automation projects.
