Lead business analysis for a major banking card management system migration in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Develop future product strategy and technology requirements for CMS migration.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture business and technology requirements.
• Analyse the current Cardlink system and map processes to the new HPS platform.
• Collaborate with vendors on data mapping, data conversion programs, and system integration.
• Support UAT planning, defect tracking, and project governance reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Card Management Systems expertise.
• Strong background in data mapping and migration strategy.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Proficient in UAT planning and defect management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience bridging communication between business and technical teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
