Description

You will analyze business processes, document workflows, and drive improvements across infrastructure and security teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify gaps for improvement.
• Create process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements.
• Support security initiatives including vulnerability management, patching, and governance.
• Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies while preparing leadership updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Process Analyst experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
• Strong skills in process documentation and workflow analysis.
• Experience working with infrastructure or enterprise technology teams.
• Experience supporting security, compliance, or risk-related initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure operations, cloud, networking, or security processes.
