Description

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
✔️ Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes.
✔️ Analyze existing Aligne workflows and support migration to Orchestrate.
✔️ Prepare business process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
✔️ Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute test cases, track defects, and validate solutions.
✔️ Support data validation, reporting, settlements, accounting, and operational workflows.
✔️ Assist with training, change management, and successful user adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ETRM/CTRM platforms.
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Aligne, specifically Reporting and/or Back Office Modules.
✔️ Experience supporting ETRM implementations, migrations, or major enhancements.
✔️ Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, accounting, and risk management.
✔️ Energy trading industry experience, preferably in Power, Renewables, or ISO Markets.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience with Orchestrate, Endur, RightAngle, or similar ETRM platforms.
⭐ Experience supporting Front, Middle, and Back Office operations.
⭐ Knowledge of Power Markets, Renewable Energy Trading, and Energy Accounting
