Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and tracking of complex business and technical requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria for development and QA.
• Create process flow diagrams, swimlane workflows, and data mapping documents.
• Collaborate on API testing, data validation, and integration tracking with developers and QA.
• Manage work tracking and sprint progress in Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system integration environments.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating flow diagrams and swimlane workflows using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Postman, Fiddler, and Sql Server.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2022 and Docker.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
