Description

You will optimize legal workflows and manage the DocuSign ecosystem as a trusted advisor for system support and process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing legal processes to propose solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories with legal, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Own the configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of DocuSign, including user training and support.
• Manage the product backlog and perform standard Agile maintenance tasks.
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of process issues and deliver reports for leadership decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the legal domain.
• Proven experience with e-signature tools, specifically DocuSign.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with ADO (Azure DevOps) and project management tools.
• Expertise in process mapping, use cases, and user story development.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong background in process automation and workflow optimization.
