Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements while facilitating workshops to define future-state processes. You will support the migration from Aligne to Orchestrate, preparing user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios. You will coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and validate solutions against business needs. You will also assist with data validation, reporting, settlements, and change management to ensure successful user adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze existing Aligne workflows and support migration to Orchestrate.
• Prepare business process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate UAT, execute test cases, and validate final solutions.
• Support data validation, reporting, and operational workflow adjustments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with Aligne, specifically Reporting or Back Office Modules.
• Experience supporting ETRM/CTRM implementations, migrations, or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, accounting, and risk management.
• Energy trading industry experience, preferably in Power, Renewables, or ISO Markets.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Orchestrate, Endur, RightAngle, or similar ETRM platforms.
• Experience supporting Front, Middle, and Back Office operations.
• Knowledge of Power Markets, Renewable Energy Trading, and Energy Accounting.
