Lead process transformation for municipal government systems, focusing on 311 and citizen information support.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and document business processes for 311 and related citizen information systems.
• Lead the definition, implementation, and transformation of cross-functional department processes and tools.
• Collaborate across multiple municipal government departments to implement standardized systems and procedures.
• Communicate project status, issues, and achievements directly to department and city leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or municipal government consulting.
• Direct experience with 311 or citizen information support systems.
• Proven track record of leading teams through process definition and implementation.
• Experience working across multiple municipal government departments to define cross-functional processes.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with city leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a hybrid model based in Houston, TX.
