Description

You will manage requirements and process workflows for moderate to complex projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with technology and business partners to gather and document requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities across end-user channels and integration platforms.
• Create workflow models and process maps based on multi-source input.
• Analyze current solution efficiencies and align processes to best practice solutions.
• Document training programs, knowledge articles, and business workflow changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT and/or business experience.
• Data Analysis skills.
• Quality Assurance and Testing experience.
• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Stakeholder management and professional communication.
• Knowledge of software design, design patterns, and integration standards.
• Ability to identify problems and implement functional solutions.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in the airline industry.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of the ELK Stack.
