Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver .NET-based software solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for .NET applications.
• Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis to mitigate project risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Direct experience working with .NET applications and frameworks.
• Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is required.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Experience translating complex business problems into technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
