You will own the end-to-end requirements and delivery lifecycle for complex trading systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive documentation for requirements, including Epic, feature, user story, and acceptance criteria covering edge cases.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and enable development and quality teams with full functional and domain understanding.
• Manage business change and stakeholder expectations across multiple internal and third-party teams.
• Support project tracking, manage tasks, and report progress on timelines to stakeholders.
• Communicate status, process standards, gaps, and workarounds clearly to all parties.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of direct functional and technical experience.
• 10+ years of experience writing complex Oracle queries.
• Strong functional understanding of Retail Energy Trading (Power, Gas).
• Knowledge of Retail Deal structuring, Pricing, Contracts, Forecasting, Invoicing, Settlements, and Bid to Bill management.
• Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of a trade capture system.
• Thorough understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps across the full software lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Market Risk VaR, ERP Integration, and End of Month Accounting.
