Define and transform business objectives into scoped, sized changes, establishing the requirements management strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements using vision statements, process flows, and success criteria.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements as epics, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the project backlog, partnering with the Product Owner.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) and review stories during sprint planning.
• Perform functional testing and write User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• 2-3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum, supporting Agile efforts and ADO.
• Experience in data modeling, feature decomposition, and stakeholder analysis.
• Skilled in documenting user stories, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• Experienced with backlog management and business process definition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse groups and executives.

Preferred Skills

• Utility industry experience within risk and trading.
