Description

You will own requirements definition and tracking for IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with acceptance criteria for development and QA.
• Create process flow diagrams, swimlane workflows, and data mapping documents.
• Collaborate with development and QA on API testing and integration tracking.
• Manage work tracking and sprint progress using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system integration.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, and data mapping.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating flow diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Understanding of DevOps principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing methodologies.
