Description

You will review and validate accounts, contracts, and enrollments to ensure accuracy and alignment with utility requirements for Government Aggregation operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume quality control on deal setups, exceptions, and enrollment records.
• Analyze data across multiple sources to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and ensure audit-ready records.
• Partner with internal teams and utilities to resolve issues and move work forward efficiently.
• Lead weekly stand-ups with business stakeholders, presenting performance trends and key issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in retail energy or regulated market environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing queries, analyzing data, and identifying trends.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Experience working with account, contract, and enrollment data.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience leading meetings and presenting operational data to stakeholders.
