Description

You will manage business continuity planning, impact analysis, and compliance documentation for critical processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh Business Continuity Plans using BCP tools for data gathering and maintenance.
• Review Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to verify process details, impact assessments, and recovery objectives.
• Document critical staff, IT applications via CMDB, and business-required RTOs and RPOs.
• Develop and document recovery strategies to mitigate risks and account for technology loss.
• Track compliance by ensuring all changes to BCP and BIA correlate with printed plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or continuity planning.
• Experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment.
• Knowledge of CMDB for application documentation.
• Ability to document Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
• Proficiency in BCP tool utilization for updates and reporting.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Process Recovery.
• Experience with System Recovery or IT Recovery.
