You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams to drive application development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Track project metrics and progress using Azure DevOps to report on key performance indicators.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience working within Agile environments.
• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master and running daily ceremonies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and backlog management.
• Expertise in gathering complex requirements and user story development.
• Experience working directly with application development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing user acceptance testing with developers and QA.
