Responsibilities

• Identify and document complex business issues affecting operations.
• Organize and lead meetings to resolve outstanding items and align stakeholders.
• Produce detailed meeting notes and formal documentation for audit trails.
• Draft policy procedures, memos, and reporting documents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Background in investment banking or financial services.
• Experience in compliance, specifically with KYC and AML.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create formal policy and procedure documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sanction screening processes.
