Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide business analysis expertise for Group Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, and Group Benefits Insurance processes.
- Work extensively with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CPQ/Quoting to support policy administration and enrollment processes.
- Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and facilitate workshops and JAD sessions for business needs identification.
- Perform gap analysis to identify business needs and solution opportunities across insurance platforms.
- Create comprehensive process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to deliver Salesforce enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Utilize Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and SQL for requirements validation and data analysis activities.
- Engage effectively with business stakeholders, brokers, employers, operations teams, and technology partners.
Experience Required: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong expertise in Group Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, and Group Benefits Insurance
