Description

You will bridge business users and the IT application team to translate system needs into technical requirements and manage project scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements to produce clear, concise, and complete Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Define project scope, detailed current-state processes, and proposed future-state process flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify needs, establish intended outcomes, and secure necessary sign-offs.
• Facilitate the handover of approved BRDs to the IT development team.
• Set priorities and adjust processes to support organizational growth and changing environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory experience working within the Life Insurance domain.
• Proven ability to document complex business and functional requirements.
• Expertise in mapping current-state and future-state business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience managing project scope and process flows.
• Any Graduate degree.
