Description

Own business analysis for Group Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, and Group Benefits Insurance processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, facilitate JAD sessions, and manage stakeholder expectations to define business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and create process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CPQ enhancements for policy administration and enrollment.
• Validate requirements and perform data analysis using Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and SQL.
• Plan and execute UAT, manage defects, and support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in Group Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, and Group Benefits Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CPQ.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile Methodology.
• Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Jira proficiency, ServiceNow experience, and SQL expertise.
• Knowledge of API integration, ETL tools, and enterprise system integrations.
• Salesforce certifications or experience with Waterfall/hybrid delivery models.
