You will gather requirements, document impacts for network changes, and validate system implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and document impacts for new networks and system changes.
• Create test case documents and validate them with business stakeholders.
• Use Jira to create, track, and close defects identified during test cycles.
• Perform integration testing and validate developer changes against requirements.
• Obtain formal sign-off on approved requirements for development and implementation scheduling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Macess or FIS Workflow Manager.
• Proficiency in creating Business Requirements and Business Use Cases.
• Experience developing Process Models and Business Needs Analysis.
• Ability to produce Conceptual Design Documents.
• Experience with dependency analysis, functional design, and workflow analysis.
• Skill in data and process modeling.
• Ability to support Test Planning, incident research, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
