Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects within HR Tech, recruitment, and application tracking domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings and end-of-day sessions to drive team collaboration.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to validate solution usability.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively to maintain progress.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep domain expertise in HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ChatGPT for proposing technical enhancements.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough research to define project objectives and use cases.
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies and requirement gathering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex technical projects.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
