Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support Salesforce implementations and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to define scope.
• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release activities.
• Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Figma.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports & Dashboards, and Flow Automation.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein AI, ChatGPT, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with AI-driven business process automation.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.
• Exposure to Veeva CRM/Vault and AI-powered business transformation initiatives.
