Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to support digital product delivery within the financial services lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, translate, and decompose high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Document business and technical process flows, including organized acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Analyze and validate business systems data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system performance.
• Partner with technical leads and product managers to define technical scopes of work and manage project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong logical reasoning and deduction skills to connect business processes to technical implementation.
• Experience participating in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Skilled in requirement gathering, planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
