Description

You will define and implement Salesforce-based business solutions, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements through direct engagement with clients and end users.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide Salesforce solution design.
• Collaborate with developers to test, verify, and ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Facilitate client meetings for requirement gathering, system demos, user acceptance testing, and training.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from pre-sprint requirement management to post-go-live feedback monitoring.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in a business analysis or similar role.
• Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience mapping multiple business processes and protocols.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in creating technical documentation, process documentation, and user stories.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders to support process improvements.
• Experience with web technologies and wireframing tools like draw.io or Figma.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and documentation suites.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
• Work experience within Salesforce, Veeva, or similar cloud environments.
• Salesforce Admin certification and a consulting cloud certification (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
